Stove-Top Tuna Casserole
This is a simple recipe I learned from my mom. If you need a quick meal, this is it. You can use store bought condensed soup in the place of mine and it's even quicker. My kids love this because they've eaten it all their lives. For me the salt & vinegar chips make the dish.
Recipe:
3 C milk or evaporated milk
2-3 cans tuna fish
1 Tbs parsley
Salt to taste
½ tsp pepper
1 Tbs onion powder
½ tsp celery salt
1 lb Cheddar cheese, cubed
1 bag frozen peas or less
Salt & Vinegar potato chips
Recipe:
1 lb egg noodles or any
short pasta

Make condensed soup, add
milk, spices, and tuna. Cook Noodles to perfection. Drain and add
to soup mixture. Add cheese and cook, stirring occasionally, on
med-low until cheese is partially melted. Remove from heat, stir in
