Oven Baked Omelet

This is a good oven omelet that I always go back to after trying different recipes.


Recipe:

8 eggs, beaten
½ C milk
½ C heavy cream
3 Tbs mayonnaise
1 Tbs flour
1 C ham, chopped
1 C cheese, shredded
3 green onions, sliced

Spray any size baking dish (depends on how thick you want it). Blend eggs, milk, mayo and flour. Add ham cheese & onions. Pour into prepared dish. Bake uncovered 325°F for 30-40 min. or until omelet is set and top is lightly browned.
