Smooth Guacamole
Avocados are divine! This recipe for Guacamole I learned from Chuck's mom, Karen. There really is no recipe but it's the best smooth Guacamole I've had. I make this one to go along with a Mexican meal and I make the chunky for chip dip.
2 ripe med-large Haas avocados
Peel, remove pits and mash avocados. Add everything else and enjoy!
For dip: substitute 4-5 Tbs sour cream for the heavy cream, add 3g dry Ranch dressing mix and 2 scant tsps lime juice. Use for taquito dipping.
Recipe:
2 ripe med-large Haas avocados
2 Tbs
green taco sauce or to taste (as a substitute you can use a little Mexican hot sauce)
2 Tbs heavy cream or to taste
Salt and
pepper to taste
