Best Cheese Balls
This is a simple, super delicious cheese ball recipe I make for holidays.
Recipes:
Bacon Ranch
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 Tbs Dana's Ranch Dressing Dry Mix or more to taste
1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
2 Tbs fresh chopped parsley. divided
1/2 C shredded extra-sharp cheddar cheese
5 thin slices crisp bacon, chopped, divided
1/4 C pecans, chopped
Mix cream cheese, Ranch dressing mix, 1 Tbs parsley, cheddar cheese and half the bacon pieces together until well combined. Combine 1 Tbs parsley, half the bacon pieces and the pecans on plate or in shallow bowl and with a rubber scraper, gather cream cheese together into a ball as much as possible and plop onto the nut mixture. Using your hands and/or the rubber scraper, turn cheese all over in nuts. Wrap in plastic wrap and shape into round ball. Refrigerate, preferably overnight.
Smoked Salmon
8 oz cream cheese, softened
3 oz smoked Salmon, broken up
1//2 C shredded extra-sharp cheddar cheese
1 1/2 Tbs finely chopped chives or green onion
1/2 Tbs Dana's Ranch Dressing Dry Mix or more to taste
1/2 Tbs fresh chopped dill
1 Tbs lemon juice
1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp fresh cracked pepper
1/2 tsp Old Bay Seasoning
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 small pressed garlic clove
