Dana's Dry Onion Soup Mix

This is my version of Dry Onion Soup Mix.  I looked at the ingredient list on Lipton's and created a recipe.  This is so great to have around and it lasts forever.

 

Recipe:

¾ C dried onion

1/3 C beef bouillon

2 Tbs corn starch

4 tsp onion powder

2 tsp sucanut

1 tsp soy sauce

1 tsp pepper blend

½ tsp oil

¼ tsp celery seed powder

¼ tsp nutritional yeast (optional)

Stir well to combine, chopping if necessary. 4 Tbs = 1 envelope (1¼ oz).
