Oriental Salad

This is very versatile.  You could add anything you want, but these are the basic ingredients.


Recipe:

1 whole head Romaine lettuce, sliced thin
Napa cabbage (optional)
1/4 head red cabbage, sliced thin
1 bunch green onion, sliced
1 carrot, shredded
1 C almonds, sliced or coarsely chopped
2 small cans mandarin orange segments, well drained
1-2 C fried won-ton skins or chow mien noodles

Toss all together except dressing and won-ton skins, which you serve on the side.  This is also great with grilled chicken.
