Chicken Crepes

I got this recipe years ago from my Aunt Arma.  It's definitely a family favorite!




Recipe:

16-18 Crepes

Filling:
2 1/2 C cooked diced chicken
4 oz canned mushrooms, chopped
1/4 C onions, minced
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 C sour cream
1 C cheese, grated

Mix everything together. Spread about 2 Tbs filling across each crepe and roll up. Place crepes touching each other on sheet pan.

Topping:
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 C sour cream
1 C grated cheese
Parsley for garnish (optional)

Spread topping over crepes evenly. Bake 350°F for 25-30 minutes.
