Deviled Eggs
This is what to do with all the Easter eggs you colored. As you can see, one of the whites in this picture leaves blue evidence that it was an Easter egg.
Recipe:
12 boiled Eggs
1/2 C mayonnaise (4 oz)
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp prepared mustard
2 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp sucanut
1/4 tsp salt or more
1/4 tsp pepper
2 tsp grated onion or 1/2 tsp onion powder
Paprika
Split eggs in half lengthwise. Scoop out yolk and mash. Add remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly. Spoon yolk mixture back into egg white shells. Sprinkle with paprika if desired.
