Bacon Stuffed Mushrooms
These make a good appetizer or snack for parties. We love mushrooms!
2 lb fresh mushrooms, stems removed
8 slices bacon
½ a large onion, minced
Chopped mushroom stems
8-10 oz cream cheese
1-2 tsp Dana's dry ranch dressing mix
In skillet, fry bacon and crumble. Drain grease but don’t rinse pan. Add onion and mushroom stems to pan. Cook until tender. Add cream cheese and cook until melted. Preheat oven to 350°F. Stuff mushroom caps and bake 15 minutes on cookie sheet.
