Greek Salad


Recipe:

1 heart Romaine lettuce
1 cucumber, cut chunky
1 small red pepper, cubed
¼ red onion, thin-sliced
4 cocktail tomatoes, cut in fourths
4 oz Feta cheese crumbles
1/3 C Italian parsley, coarsely chopped
zest of 1 lemon
black or Kalamata olives
Avocado slices (optional)

Wash, soak in cold water, spin and tear lettuce into large bowl. Add rest of ingredients and serve with Dana's Greek House dressing and sliced avocado.
