Beef Kabobs
This is a Rachel Ray recipe. I love the butter sauce you brush on while grilling. Don't over-marinate the meat, it will taste too strong of vinegar. The sweet onions are a must! Yummy!
Recipe:
8 cloves garlic, chopped
2 lb sirloin, cubed
1/3 C apple-cider vinegar
1/2 lemon, juice
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp salt
1/2 C grated Parmesan cheese
Sweet onion wedges
Mushrooms
1/2 C butter, melted
1 tsp beef bouillon
Combine first 8 ingredients and marinate 30-60 minutes. If using wooden skewers, soak them in water first. Prepare skewers with meat cubes, onion and mushrooms. Combine butter and bouillon and brush kabobs while grilling, 3-5 minutes a side.
