Dana's Special Sauce

 I've tried a few recipes online for this sauce.  This is my favorite version so far with my adjustments.  This is great on turkey burgers wrapped in roasted poblano pepper instead of a bun and homemade sweet potato fries!


Recipe

1/3 cup Dana's Mayonnaise
2 tablespoons no sugar ketchup
2 tablespoons finely chopped dill pickles
1 pinch monk fruit extract (optional)
1 teaspoon dried minced onion
1 teaspoon coconut aminos
1 teaspoon dill pickle juice
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/4-1/2 teaspoon salt (start with 1/4 and then adjust if needed)
1/4 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper

Mix all together and store in the fridge.  It thickens overnight but can be used immediately.  Check the next day for salt as saltiness dissipates over time.
