Chuck's Chocolate Chip Cookies
Chuck brought this recipe to our marriage and they are still a favorite with everyone. They have a little more of a cake texture than other chocolate chip cookies.
Recipe:
1 C butter
3/4 C brown sugar
3/4 C white sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
2 1/2 C flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
6 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips
Cream butter and sugars together, add eggs and vanilla. Then add salt and soda and flour last. Mix in chocolate chips. Spoon onto ungreased baking sheet and bake at 375°F until lightly browned.
