Dana's Tropical Smoothie
I purchased a tropical smoothie that I loved and made a recipe for it! It's so delicious and I'm excited to experiment with other flavors.

1 ounce frozen passion fruit

1 ounce frozen papaya
4.5 ounces frozen mango
6.5 ounces frozen pineapple
3 ounces coconut milk
9 ounces guava nectar
6 ounces ice cubes
3 tablespoons erythritol
2 heaping tiny scoops monk fruit powder
1 scoop unflavored protein powder
Blend in Vita-mix on high until very well blended.
Things to try:
1. Watermelon, mint, strawberries, lime
2. Pineapple, coconut, banana
3. Avocado, pineapple, spinach, kale, coconut, lime
4. Spinach, kale, mango, pineapple, banana (optional: ginger)
5. banana, chia seeds, almonds, cinnamon, dates, coconut
6. Strawberry, pineapple, orange juice, lime
7. Strawberry, banana, pineapple
8. Strawberry, pineapple, mango, orange juice
9. Strawberry, pineapple, coconut, white chocolate
10. Strawberry, banana, white chocolate (cocoa butter, powdered coconut, vanilla, sweetness)
