Roasted Brussel Sprouts

Found this recipe online and I love it!


Recipe

1 pound brussel sprouts
1/4 cup avocado or olive oil
5 large cloves garlic, peeled and smashed
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tablespoon Balsamic vinegar

Wash, cut off stems and cut sprouts in half.  Pour oil on baking sheet and place in oven at 425°F until hot.  Mix sprouts, garlic, salt and pepper in a large bowl.  Pour it all into the hot oil and bake for 20-30 minutes, stirring a couple of times.  Remove from oven and drizzle with vinegar and serve.
